    16" 2.3mm Black tom hoops Top or bottom only 1 hoop.
    This is brand new never been used. That being said it has been sitting around
    in my warehouse collecting dust. So it may not be perfect. It may have a few small scuffs & scratches.
    There is also a possibility that it will have a small dent or it could be prefect. I have a bunch of them so I just
    don't
    want someone to get one that is not perfect and you get upset. I am telling you that there is a possibility
