Nice condition original release from 1946.
chimney is a reproduction and the remote control cord has been updated to a new anti-cracking rubber.
Hoist arm is controlled manually with the hand crank on the rear of the cabin. This raises and lowers the arm. The remote control raises/lowers the hook, and turns the hoist arm 360 degrees indefinitely. Beautiful American engineering.
There is currently a red lightbulb in the cabin that is not functioning. There is also a melt wrinkle spot next to the smoke stack above where the burned out bulb is. I have not touched this, it is the way it was when I first received it.
