Nib:  9788 Master Series Nib, tipped with "osmiridium" for a smoother writing experience.
The 9788 is flexible for "shaded writing."  This is one of Esterbrook's few flexible nibs.

Condition:
Excellent 70 years old!  This pen could just about pass for new.
On the barrel is inscribed, "Esterbrook Made in USA"
Note the tiny gap between the clip and the cap in picture 6.
This pen is guaranteed to write.  We installed a new sac and tested it with water.
