This is REAL Barbed wire.
These are some notes on what "REAL" barbed wire is:
Steel with class 3 Zinc coating. 2 strands. 5 inch spacing between barbs

It will poke you. It can hurt. We recommend that you wear gloves.
We sell two sizes of Barbed Wire. Point means the number of points on the barbs. We sell 2 point and 4 point.
Gauge is way to measure the size of the wire. According to Wiki:
American wire gauge (AWG), also known as the Brown & Sharpe wire gauge, is a logarithmic stepped standardized wire gauge system used since 1857, predominantly in North America, for the diameters of round, solid, nonferrous, electrically conducting wire. We sell TWO different sizes. Fifteen Gauge (15g 2pt) which has 2 pointed barbs every 5 inches and the Eighteen Gauge (18g 4pt) which has 4 points every 5 inches.

18 gauge Barbed Wire with 4 points. It is a larger gauge, which means it is Smaller
That means that it is more Bendable. It is easier to use for crafts. You can bend these by hand, but it will take some good hand strength and a lot of effort. We recommend using pliers and gloves for precision and to minimize any injuries. What you can do with this is only limited by your imagination!

Working with 15 gauge Barbed Wire
This is usually what you see used on Farms and Ranches or for Security. It is much stiffer and doesn't like to bend. You can bend it to shape it, but it will take a lot more effort. Again, use pliers and gloves when working with this.
