3 Jasco Roof Carts - Steel Roofing Transport System - One was used very little and is in better shape that the other two that have more wear and corrosion on them. One has a small 2" bar missing that would need to be replaced (easy repair).
This system moves material on metal roofs with pitches up to and including 4/12.
Basically you can move an entire bundle of roofing sheets over previously laid roof by running
these carts on 16 Foot 2 X 6"s. The ribs of the roof can be up to 24" center to center without damaging the ribs in the least bit. There is some literature attached that has some instructional information and some photos.
To uses these transports, one lays down 2X6 and then lays the transports atop them. Then the stack of metal roofing is laid across the three transports. At that point, the roofing stack can be pulled across the roof as it is laid. These units distribute the weight and making material transport easier and this increases the efficiency of installation.
