:  The stretch fleece tights are made of high performance zirotek which is engineered after the polar bear's fur. The hollow core of filament yarns trap air to improve thermal insulating characteristics.  Pro-Stretch Single Veloured 4-Way Stretch, Thermal Fleece with Jersey Face and Fleece back. It is an 8ounce weight knit with 88% Polyester-12% Spandex.   Comfort, warmth, Movement and Functionality. High end Polyester/Lycra fabric for performance oriented people.
The Men's Fleece Exercise Pants are made with soft and smooth fabric that has wonderful thermal properties that keep you warm and snug. ATD Fleece Exercise Tights can be worn over your Bicycling Shorts, Running Shorts, Compression Wear or be worn alone. Either way you are going to love wearing them!

We recommend using this size chart for spandex workout tights. They fit like you see in the photographs.
Choosing a size is based on how much compression you want during your workout. If you understand and want a lot of compression, order a size smaller, it will fit you fine. If you want it loose fitting and airy with space in the legs order a size larger. This tight is very flexible with 20% spandex.
