The ABF128 is a high performance bandpass filter designed for the VHF air band.
The ABF128 can be used not only for aviation radio receivers but also for broadband receivers, and can be easily installed not only on our receivers but also on commercial wideband receivers.
By installing this high-performance filter between the receiver and the antenna, the front-end characteristics in the receiver's air band frequency band are improved, Attenuates interference from strong signals such as TV broadcasts and prevents wraparound to the air band and sensitivity suppression.
Designed with CAD and circuit simulation software, it is a compact and smart design that can also be used portable.
Attenuation of 40dBm can be obtained for broadcast band frequencies below 90MHz and TV broadcast frequencies above 172MHz.
The connection terminal is BNC.
By installing ABF128 in most commercially available receivers, it not only improves the desensitization characteristics of the receiver in air band reception, but also results in noise caused by jumping waves to the intermediate frequency of the receiver and harmonics from other radio stations.
Rejecting interference greatly enhances receiver performance in the air band.
