MODE OF USE

It should not be stored in an airtight container as this may encourage bacterial growth.
INSERT: Wash your hands with soap and water. Get into a comfortable position to insert it. The important thing is that you are relaxed. Some women find it more comfortable squatting, others sitting on the toilet with their legs apart or one leg higher than the other.
