- All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the arrival date. After 7 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All returns will be refunded less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. No returns can be accepted on used bathroom and hygiene equipment due to health regulations.
