    …..A word about PENDOC
Fountain pens have been a huge part of my family history. My father became a fountain pen repairman for Sheaffer Pen Company when he returned home from WWII. Eventually he owned and operated his own Pen shop. When the Pen Shop closed in the early 1970’s he moved the shop to our home. That’s where I learned the trade, my Dad taught me how to repair fountain pens the same way he was taught by Sheaffer and Parker Pen Company. When my Dad passed in 2013 I made a promise that I would keep his legacy alive, so when I retired in 2018 I dusted off his old tools and spare parts from storage and started *restoring pens again. I only restore my own pens, I truly enjoy bringing them back to life and returning them back into circulation once again, hopefully lasting another hundred years or so. I don’t label myself as a collector or even a repairman, I consider myself a Steward of Fountain Pens from a historic perspective.

*I do restored most of the pens I sell on eBay, however if I buy a restored pen for resale I will list it as such and inspect thoroughly to ensure that the pen is ready for use. Any of the pens I list (unless specified as parts pens) are guaranteed by me for 30 days, I will repair at no cost or offer full refund.
