- 3 Siemens und Halske BF-167 metal-case transistors,
- 1 piece Telefunken BF-115 metal-housing transistor,
- 1 Telefunken BC-178A metal-case transistor,
- 1 BSY-81 metal-housing transistor,
- 2 STE11B or MEM 564 type markings.
