Industrial cage box forklift oil field 8' x 4' expanded metal steel bar grating

Description

This box was used in transportation and/or storage of hammer unions, pipe fittings, and other oil field related items. This box is heavy duty, 942 lbs empty. Based off measurements and related research it appears that the bottom (serrated steel bar grating) is rated at or around 2,132 lbs/sq ft @2ft. This was filled with tons of hammer unions and such stacked on top of each other, so definitely can handle massive weight. The frame is made from 3 inch tubing, covers by heavy duty steel expanded metal. This all sits upon 4 inch I-beam, allowing to easily grab with a forklift. There was a wood lid originally, it was removed. I have left the hinges (as shown in photos) in case you want to ad the lid back. If you don’t Want the hinges, I can grind them off for you at pickup. The price for pickup is ,675 plus sales tax.
