Pro Tip:  Use Invade Bio Drain with an Insect Growth Regulator such as NyGuard IGR to treat drains on a regular basis to prevent small flies that breed in drains.  This product eliminates the food source for many drain breeding insects.  This product can also be mixed with a foaming concentrate and applied using a foamer to get better coverage.
