This is New Old Stock from a liquidated antique shop in Carmel China Art Center, Carmel-by-Sea, CA, which was closed 2019.
This fan is Late Qing Early Republic period, Antique Chinese hand painted gilt gold lacquer fan 杭省董燦记制.
In brand new never used condition, with original red paper tag, see last picture
