    Description

Low Pass Filter Circuit Board - HF
Board is 1.6mm thick and will accept SMA end launch connectors and up to 22ga wire where cores are to be installed.
These fit nicely inside a 1590A aluminum enclosure (stomp box) and will likely perform better due to the shielding.
(will need to remove the SMA connectors if you installed any)
    Dimensions are 2.75" (70mm) x 1.25" (32mm)
I inadvertently sized the capacitor place holders to a CD10 size silver mica cap which is rather small.
    However small MLCC's work fine.
I will size to CD15 in my next batch to allow for the use of larger cap sizes. (similar to other boards I have listed)
Lead spacing for the caps is 3.6mm and diameter of holes is 1.1mm.
This is a shunt first, 7th order design with spots for 2 capacitors in parallel at each point, but only one required.
A great board for experimenting with different inductances and capacitances to achieve the curve you're looking for.
A Mill-Max 0415 (not 415) will work perfectly in the electrical connection (hardwired) openings.
(use 20-23ga wire if using the Mill-Max 0415, otherwise16 to 22 gauge works great)
Feel free to ask questions before ordering.
I had the boards manufactured in China, but item will ship from Clearwater, Florida.
The photo with the blue background is an example 40 meter setup using #22ga enameled wire on T50-6 cores with small MLCC caps.
My soldering job at the connectors isn't the greatest but it shows how easily this can be assembled.
    NOTE:
If you should order more than one, eBay will calculate multiple shipping charges incorrectly.
I will refund you the difference between what I actually pay and what you were charged for shipping multiple items.
I can usually ship 2 or 3 of these for the same shipping price as if shipping only 1.
    Thanks for looking, 73
