Ludwig 13" Chrome Over Brass 6 Lug Hoop COB 1965 Vintage

Description

This is a COB Metal Hoop that came off a 1965 13" Ludwig Tom.  It has been well cared for, it is perfectly round and there are only a few signs of wear as described in the next paragraph.  Rating-wise it is Very Good.
There is one small nick on the top rim (see pics).  Due to natural wear over time, there is microscopic pitting in the chrome. It's hard to see, but if you look close-up it's there.  The picture with my finger holding the rim is the best one to view it and it appears mostly on the outside.
