This item is New Old Stock. I tried to peel back the price label just to see the item information and UPC code, but it was stuck too good to pull off. The flowers appear to be silk and organdy type flowers. The buttons appear to be in a plastic bag. There are lots of items in this jar in various shades of blue from aqua and light blue to navy.
The jar is approximately 3.5" tall, 3.5" wide, 3" deep.  Please use the photos as part of the description.
