How to use:
Make sure your hands are clean before handling.
Wash Cup with warm soapy water.
Insert via Sitting, Squatting, Kneeling, or Standing position. See what works for you.
If necessary, moisten cup with water or lubrication.
Grip cup and press together, folding it lengthwise.
If possible, hold cup at a low position, towards the "tail."
Insert obliquely and release. The cup should sit lower than a tampon.
The cup should unfold into into proper position and create a suction-seal to prevent leakage.
Leave in up to 12 hours.
When ready to remove, pull gently and dump contents into toilet. Remember to wash with warm soapy water.
If you have never used a menstrual cup before, please use the smaller size to begin with. Remove if experiencing any pain or uncomfortable sensations.
