GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Thermoelectric Generator (TEG Module) is a device that generates electricity from a temperature differential created across the two faces of the device (known as the Seebeck Effect).  This module is the heart of the power system for all cordless Mosquito Magnets.
The TEG module is sandwiched between the combustion chamber and a large heatsink using thermal grease at the interfaces. The "hot side" of the TEG is mounted against the combustion chamber and the "cold side" is placed against the heatsink.  When the combustion chamber heats up a temperature differential is created across the two faces of the TEG causing it to generate a DC voltage sufficient to charge the battery in your Mosquito Magnet.
In order to identify the "hot side" position the TEG with the leads coming off toward you.  With the red lead to your right the hot side will be down and the cold side will be up.  Remember to apply a thin coat of thermal grease on both sides of the TEG module prior to installation for best efficiency.
