    MW, Mean Well, AC to DC power converter, Please Read Description. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.   I purchased this to power all the street light on my layout because accessary voltage made them way to bright and I didn't want them to burn out after 15 minutes. On the tag Ac input 120 volts-- Output 7.5 Volts and it is adjustable.  It measures 7 x 4 x 1 1/4"  It worked perfect hen I took the layout down but I can't guarantee it because it is electric.
