New 14" Chainette Fringe in Dark Emerald.  This is a 50" piece of this beautiful shade of green that can be made into fringe skirts. About halfway down the fringe there is a contrasting thread that keeps the fringe from tangling while storing and sewing (and this thread can make it hang unevenly until it's removed after sewing it to the garment).  You just pull it off after sewing it and the fringe will hang evenly.Raw goods that can be cut and sewn (or pinned) into skirts.
