New in the package, Wolff Fording Black Fringe skirt in size Small Adult.  This skirt features a 2" waist band with 3 snaps for closure. Total length including the waistband is 13".  Fringe only is about 11" long. There is a thread that runs horizontally near the bottom that stabilizes the fringe to keep it from tangling. Just pull it and it will remove easily and the fringe will hang evenly. Very nice fringe skirt for tap or jazz.  htmwhtnt/gmrm/dnsbx12
