Brand new with untouched and original hang tags, this romantic length skirt is absolutely beautiful in motion. 2 layers of tulle over 1 layer of chiffon make this skirt light as a feather and yet just barely translucent. The skirt is built onto a spandex panty, the pull up waist is elasticized at the natural waist and this item is made to go be worn with a basque which is not included. I am selling many basques if you need one. Perfect for Practice Ballroom for Waltz or for ballet. This item is only the skirt part on a pair of trunks.
