    This listing is for a 2 Layer Black back skirt trimmed in Silver hologram single strand sequin.  Top layer is 10" in length and bottom layer measures 17" in length. The fabric is a soft finish organdy.  Size is Small Adult and it has a stretchy waistband that you just pull up over a leotard(leotard not included).gmrm/dnsbx10
