Brand new dance costume skirt, 2 layer with velvet elasticized waist, the bottom layer is silver foil (the back of the foil is bright white)and the top layer of the skirt is black chiffon, this is the only color style I have of this skirt.No leotard comes with this item,just the skirt.It was a designer's sample and would be pretty with a white leotard since you would see white when it is on the hems are not finished and it is designed that way, the fabrics do not ravel. The manufacturer for this costume item is Wolff Fording. It is perfect, no irregularities.
