    This item was manufactured by Wolff Fording, you can see it is just an accent piece. I have only one. Put if you do costuming, it is worth owning for the pattern if nothing else. Royal blue is the color The model is showing it very nicely, over booty shorts, but it could be used over a leotard, or skirt just as easily.
