NWOT Unique character skirt Small Adult White Zigzag trim Nylon Net underskirt

This is a very unique skirt, I just don't think I can call it a tutu as I am sure it would not stand out like a tutu, It may be a character skirt for say a clogging or country western dance costume. I do know it never made it into the line, It has an ruffled nylon net petticoat attached under the white satinette topskirt. Small adult is the size. K505
