Brand new dance costume peplum, it fits over the tutu,  This skirt can be worn over a tutu as a top skirt or peplum. This item is white and either Candy pink or copen blue, the model is showing orchid, not this color. . On the
blue one, there is a slight pink discoloration that I noticed when I went to take a photo. I am pointing to it in the photos. just be aware of this, it should wash out but I didn't touch it.
