a beautiful double circle skirt, 2 layers of tulle over 1 layer of chiffon make this skirt light as a feather and yet just barely translucent. The skirt is built onto a spandex panty (regular legline, models have on boycut shorts over the trunk), the pull up waist is elasticized at the natural waist and this item is made to go be worn with a basque or crop top which is not included. I am selling many tops if you need one . The catalog models are not showing many of the colors.
