NWT Turquoise circle skirt medium child mid thigh length elastic waist

This is a new item, it was a convention sample size is medium child and the model is not showing this color (though she is showing the proper skirt).This is a circle skirt and I am showing the model so you can see the fullness of the skirt. The hem of the skirt is unfinished, this is intentional and is done so you can cut the skirt shorter if you need. The fabric does not ravel and can be left as is.  The length from waist to hem is 12 inches. When this fabric skirt is marketed by itself , it retails at around . K514
We ship out same day Monday through Friday (unless you buy after 2pm which is when our pickup is) We opted out of the guaranteed delivery program because we want our customers to be able to contact us and tell us to wait on shipping to allow them to "shop" and then "combine their purchases" and save money on the shipping.
