USAF 62nd FIS.
5/1968: Transferred into storage at the AMARC bone yard.
8/1971: Transferred to the Canadian AF as “101051”.
1982: 425 Squadron.
1983: 416 Squadron.
5/1983: Designated instructional airframe 815B.
10/31/1991: Struck off charge.
Currently preserved in Thetford-Mines, Quebec.
