*USAF 562nd TFS.
*USAFR 305th TFS (507th TFW).
*1977-80: USAFR 465th TFS (507th TFW).
*1980-84: USAFR 466th TFS (301st TFW).
*1/1984: Withdrawn from use.
*Currently preserved at Edwards AFB, CA.
