Pioneer RT-909 auto reverse 10" reel to reel deck.
ORIGINAL PIONNER 10" REEL ADAPTERS ARE INCLUDED. NO REELS OR REELS WITH TAPE WILL BE INCLUDED.

Overall condition - one of the cleanest decks I ever worked on. There was no need of scrubbing any tobacco spots or polishing the dirt away. Original deck feet are in perfect condition also. There is a scratch in the back on the black surface like some ID was scratched off but that will not affect the performance of this deck.
Serviced - including new belt, new pinch roller tires, capstan motor board recap, new tension arm micro switches and tension arm rebuild. Tension arms over the years gets sticky and will not spring back fast. The micro switches turns the deck on/off but being over 40 or 50 years old they can go bad any time and you have a super big and heavy paper weight on your hands which still turns on but no other functions are working. New switch replacement is recommended. Also full recap on main reel driver control board to regain all proper reel movement speeds. Partial main power supply recap. Capstan motor board recap and drive assembly board recap. Input output rotary switches unsoldered, cleaned and made spin separate ways so the left and right channel can be adjusted. Usually them are frozen together and no separation can be done. Heads in a good condition.

Deck is super quite with strong FF/REW, all speeds were checked along with a tape tension, 10"/7" reel settings working perfectly. Playback/recording sounds real good and recording can be adjusted now depending on which channel you want to have more output. Deck was a virgin so there is no screws, pinch roller washers missing, no stripped screws holding things half way.
