In this auction we offer:
I offer you a switch broadcasting reception of the German company Rohde & Schwarz.
The switch is commutated on PIN diodes.
The subassembly was used as an antenna commutator in the military Rohde & Schwarz radio station with a power of 50W and an operating range of 50-400MHz.
The subassembly uses 4 Macom PIN diodes, type MA4707.
RF signal is fed to SMB connectors and the control signal of PIN diodes is fed to bushing capacitors.
The diodes are polarized by the chokes shown in the photo.
The entire subassembly has very small dimensions of only 56x25x10 mm.
The coupling capacitors are ATC and have a capacity of 470 pF.
PIN diodes are not soldered to the system and, if necessary, they can be replaced with others.
The subassembly is brand new, not soldered.
