    Description

    Neat group of 7 wooden moulding planes from 1 owner's collection.
    All of these planes were last owned by an Australian named TK Boyle.  Mr.Boyle only bought and used the best.
    These planes are all in very good condition including the irons.
    Most have multiple owners marks with the last being TK BOYLE.
    3   MATHIESON & SON GLASGOW with metal wear strips.
    2 have the numbers 5/8 stamped on heel.  1 is stamped 1/2.  I tried to give you a picture of the three blade profiles.
    4   Straight cut grooving/plow planes.
    2 are 1/2" wide with skewed blades.  1 Mathieson,  1 unmarked but probably Mathieson(not stamped TK.BOYLE but from the same collection)
    1  1/4" wide  Mathieson
    1  3/16" wide  Probably not Mathieson.
    All of these planes were probably made before 1850.  All are in excellent condition.  Blades should require little more than honing or light sharpening.
    I combine shipments whenever possible.
