Process of manufacturing:

Every single tire has been lathed on its original core

Finally ground on a pulley for excellent Wow & Flutter

There isn’t a single sign of its lathe manufacturing process left on the tire
3.
We only use very precise set of professional pressing heads
Cores:

Core bearings are made of
self-lubricating sintered bronze.

You’ll get the pinch roller assembly that is ready for immediate use
