Vintage 70s Ludwig 14” COB Brass Bottom Hoop Supraphonic Snare Drum 2.3mm 10 Lug

This listing is for (1) Vintage 1970s Ludwig Supraphonic 14” 10 Hole COB (Chrome over Brass) Bottom Snare Drum Side 2.3mm Hoop / Rim.
A previous owner cut the metal over where the snare wire straps go. I don’t understand why someone would do that but it does expose the brass under the chrome (see last pics). A magnet won’t stick, also confirming it’s Brass.
This hoop will work on LM400, LM402, LM410, Black Beauty snare drums or any 14” 10 lug snare drum.
It is 100% functional, in round and in good cosmetic condition, no oxidation (see pics).
