THIS ITEM IS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LOOKS UNUSED!  I HAVEN'T TESTED IT AS I DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT BATTERY SIZES.  IT IS VERY CLEAN!!  COMES WITH EARPHONES, MICROPHONE, ONE REEL, AND INSTRUCTION PAMPHLET WITH PAPERWORK THAT WAS WITH IT WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED. (I ASSUME)  VERY NICE ITEM FOR THE COLLECTOR!!
