Vintage Pentron 10.5" reel adapter for reel to reel magnetic tape recorder Model

Vintage Pentron reel to reel tape recorder extension kit purchased 5/5/1954 according to receipt. Box it a but torn up but paperwork looks to be complete. Unit was assembled and looks to have all parts but may be missing 1 large rubber ring. Comes as seen in pictures.
