The nib is old brand new stock!! This was acquired from a closed stationary store in Chicago many moons ago.

he Esterbrook’s defining innovative feature was the changeable nib – if the user wanted a different writing style the Esterbrook pen allowed the nib to be changed by simply screwing out the old nib and screwing in the new nib.
