    Description

    for auction is a Stanley 65 low angle block plane. It is a recent find. it has been partially cleaned. It has no cracks, breaks or repairs. It does have some scratches, dents and dings. There is some minor pitting on the sides and sole present.  The lever cap has some surface rust and corrosion and will need some additional cleaning.  There is a bunch of nickel plating missing. The lever cap has the sweet heart mark, and the 1913 patent date.  The blade also has the sweet heart mark. The blade depth adjuster is working well and correct. . Once cleaned and sharpened, this will be a good user tool for the work shop or the tool box. Please see pictures for condition. Ask questions before you bid.
