Complete with charger and new batteries, maybe I'm not sure how to
operate but doubt that, prob a loose wire or something ...WE bought from
a U.C. University, was written that it operated, battery shows full
when turned on, clicks sometime when fwd / reverse toggled, then doesn't
..tried all clutch positions. 00 elsewhere / new.if you   have mechanical capability it  makes sense.

Buyer must arrange freight or pick up. We can shrink wrap and strap on a pallet and have a forklift.
